All tickets purchased on this site are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We make every effort to accommodate special requests. Special requests are noted in our reservation system; however, we cannot guarantee that the special request can be met.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an auto generated email from Yahoo! Shopping detailing your order. This is to confirm that we have received your order. You have not been charged at this time.

If you choose to have your tickets shipped to you, you order will be processed and charged to your credit card within seven days and they should be delivered to you within two weeks.

If you choose to pick up your tickets at the Visitor Complex Will Call, you will then receive a second email from the Visitor Complex with a reservation code. Once you have received this email, your order has been processed.

All tickets with a date and time associated with them (Lunch With an Astronaut, NASA Up Close, Cape Canaveral: Then and Now tours, and Astronaut Training Experience), regardless of shipping option chosen, are not confirmed until you receive the second email from the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex with a reservation number.

All exhibits are subject to change and tour routes may be altered or closed due to operational requirements or launch preparation.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a full day experience. Please plan your trip accordingly. The Visitor Complex is open from 9 a.m. until dusk every day of the year, except for December 25 and certain launch days. Please call 321-449-4444 for more information.

For guests purchasing either type of Admission Tickets only, please be aware that these tickets are not valid for any Space Shuttle launch attempt or special event.

General Admission
General Admission provides access to all the Visitor Complex movies, exhibits and shows, including as many IMAX films as you can see in a day. Also included is the Kennedy Space Center tour into restricted areas, featuring stops at Launch Complex 39 Observation Gantry, the Apollo/Saturn V Center, and the International Space Station Center.

Special Interest Tours
Cape Canaveral: Then & Now
NASA Up Close
The Cape Canaveral: Then & Now and NASA Up Close tours include the Maximum Access Badge as well as a personally guided, in-depth journey through the past and present of space exploration.

I.D. is required for Adults & Children. This tour sells out daily and reservations are strongly suggested. Reserve online or call 321-449-4400.

You must select a tour departure time on the website as you place your order. To check in on the day of your tour, proceed to Information Central, located inside the Visitor Complex, or call 321-449-4400 for more information. Please plan on arriving at the ticket plaza at least 45-60 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

The Admission Badge and Special Interest Tour Tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Astronaut Training Experience Cancellation Policy
You may receive a full refund if we receive written notification of cancellation 30 days prior to your ATX adventure, less a $10 per person handling fee, to cover the costs incurred in processing your reservation. Cancellations made 29-15 days prior to your ATX adventure will receive a 50% refund less a $10 per person handling fee. All monies will be forfeited if cancellations are made 14 days and under. Substitutions for ATX group members may be made up to 7 days in advance with no penalty. After that time, a $10 processing fee will be charged for substitutions. All refunds will be credited 60 days after your original ATX adventure date.

Security Information:
The following items are not permitted on property.

• Fire arms of any type (with or without a permit)
• Ammunition (live or spent)
• Pepper/mace sprays
• Knives of any size
• Box cutters or like items
• Nail clippers with knife blades
• Laser Pointers
• Any other sharp/pointed items, including pointed scissors or nail files
• Coolers, luggage or other large bags are not permitted through the front gate.
• All bags, purses and other items will be opened and inspected at the Visitor Complex. (Procedures to search all bags carried into the complex by visitors & employees are actions taken as part of the increase in security and not part of a specific threat to our facilities.)

Since all guests have to go through the metal detectors, please reduce the number of items you normally carry.

Visitors could face delays entering the park as a result of the searches.
